Damaged ItemsWe want your Wostok drinks to arrive in perfect condition. If you receive an order with broken or damaged items, here’s what to do:Tell the delivery person right away. If you notice damage at the time of delivery, please inform the delivery person immediately.Contact Us

Please take clear pictures of the damaged items and the packaging. This helps us understand what happened and process your request.Once we've reviewed the photos, we'll arrange for a replacement of the damaged drinks.Please note, this exchange policy only covers items that were damaged during transit.We cannot replace items that were broken or damaged after you received your order.
